LEGO stores seem to be ramping up there in-store activities with there latest Make & Take event where you can build a Red Brick!

As part of the 90 Years of Play celebrations select stores will be hosting build sessions at certain times of the day on 16th, 23rd and 30th July and again 10th August, where you’ll be able to make a rather cool brick-built 2×2 red brick.

As always these events are usually first come first served and whilst stocks last. The activity may be limited due visitor and staff safety, please check with your local store for more details.


Days and times:

 

  • 16th July – 10:00 to 12:00
  • 23rd July – 10:00 to 12:00
  • 30th July – 10:00 to 12:00
  • 10th August – 11:00 to 13:00

  1. Hi, do you know if the make and take events are open to all? I did one in America 4 years ago and that was mainly adults, when I tried one here in the uk, I was told it was only available for kids.

    1. Hi Robbie, that’s a good question. Although I don’t have the exact answer for it I can pull from a few past experiences. The first one I attended was in the evening and open to Adults, in fact there were no kids about. The second time it was in the morning, just like this one will be and it was only open to kids, or at least that was the impression I got. My Son built a Rose for Mother’s Day.

      The most recent make & take was the small BBQ for Father’s Day, again I only spotted younger fans taking part. I must have been lucky as a store member just handed my Son and me one each which we could build at home.

      So although this doesn’t answer your question, sorry, it may give you a better idea of what to expect. Have a chat with an instore representative and see if you can grab one.
