At the start of the Year LEGO announced that both their Pick a Brick and Brick & Pieces services would merge. Today, after quite a delay, the platform is now up and running and can be found at LEGO.com!
Orders will be shipped separately depending on which elements you choose, these are broken down into two categories, Bestseller and Standard parts.
Standard parts will be shipping from Denmark (11 to 15 days), whilst Bestseller parts will be shipped from the nearest warehouse to you.
One of the main things you’ll notice is the revamped search area, where you can now enter keyword/item number or a set number that the particular piece comes in.
There have been cost and fee reveals also and they are as follows, both categories have a minimum spend of £10 (€12/$14), with an additional fee of £5 (€6/$3.50) for Standard and £2 (€3/$7) on Bestseller pieces.
No details as yet regarding the implementation of the Build a Minifigure being added but watch this space!
