It seems like only Yesterday LEGO first released a Harry Potter set but this Year marks its 20th Anniversary. To commemorate LEGO is producing a handful of golden Minifigures, similar to the recent LEGO Ninjago ones, throughout the upcoming wave of sets.
There will be size in total which include:
- Harry Potter
- Voldemort
- Ron Weasley
- Hermione Granger
- Severus Snape
- Professor Quirinus Quirrell.
Also, something to note, are the golder wands and Minifigure stands.
It certainly is a great marketing strategy and a fantastic way to spur collectors on into buying all the necessary sets to acquire a full collection.
