New Japanese variants of the upcoming and highly anticipated range of LEGO Animal Crossing sets have been revealed, thanks to Jay’s Brick Blog!

LEGO Japan and Nintendo have shared images of the very cool looking Japanese packaging for the new LEGO Animal Crossing theme. It makes total sense for LEGO fans in Japan to have these sets in their own language. The boxes will largely remain the same but as you can see from the images below the logo and other set information is presented in Japanese. Usually LEGO packaging is kept the same worldwide, with minor differences here and there to meet certain legal requirements.

The LEGO Animal Crossing sets will be available for pre-order in Japan from 20th January. As an incentive, if you needed one, you’ll get a free LEGO Animal Crossing Maple’s Pumpkin Patch polybag with pre-orders of Isabelle’s House Visit
