Blocks Issue 104 launches with LEGO Indiana Jones cover and a great subscription deal

If adventure had a name, it would be… Indiana Jones – or maybe Johnny Thunder. Uncover the secrets of LEGO Indiana Jones and LEGO Adventurers in Blocks magazine Issue 104. To mark the launch of this new issue, anyone who takes out a print subscription this weekend will get extra free magazines and a free poster.

Issue 104 is available worldwide as a single issue or as part of a subscription at blocksmag.com and will be in UK stores from June 1.

Anyone who takes out a print subscription between now and Bank Holiday Monday (May 29) will also get three FREE Blocks back issues and a FREE poster in addition to the full subscription. Full details are available at blocksmag.com.

To sweeten the deal even further, everyone who subscribes by May 31 will be in with a chance of winning 77015 Temple of the Golden Idol, 10313 Wildflower Bouquet and one of SIX copies of LEGO 2K Drive!

Design Master Harald Pofahl takes readers inside LEGO Indiana Jones 77015 Temple of the Golden Idol, before living legend Niels Milan Pedersen reveals the secrets of the LEGO Adventurers – learn the inspirations behind the classic theme, find out why there was never a pyramid and see unused concepts that could have been future destinations for Johnny Thunder and friends.

The other big Lucasfilm franchise is also included this month, as the LEGO Star Wars design team explains how the Ultimate Collector Series X-wing was reimagined and what it’s like attending Star Wars Celebration as a LEGO professional.

Every year, talented builders get involved in Bio-Cup – an online challenge that’s all about constraction parts and making amazing models with them. Blocks takes a look at the incredible creativity that comes out of this contest, as fans make those very bespoke BIONICLE elements work in new ways.
