When it comes to Minifigures, LEGO is lacking in one department, clothing. Sure there are a handful of capes and the odd skirt piece, the majority of these accessories are the same style, limiting the wearer to just one or two looks. But what if we told you there is a place online that supplies a vast range of clothing to dress your characters and get them ready for adventure!

Whilst we were creating and photographing a number of custom Minifigure characters for an article, we shared them first with an account that specialises in this field, @fourbrickstall. The very kind creator gave us a few pointers and directed us to their custom Minifigure clothing store called Minifig Realms. A few days later our order arrived, along with a few freebies. We were finally dressed to quest and share our photography and experience with you.

Being an Adult fan of LEGO for some time, I have amassed quite the collection of Minifigure parts. I’ve always been into photography and character creation but recently it has really taken off, thanks to finding like-minded people who share their art on social media. We have recently got back into MOC building too, after seeing some of the awesome creations from the community. That’s where we saw the amazing capes and clothing in action from Minifig Realms, which spurred us on even more to grab a selection for ourselves.

Their custom aprons, capes, cloaks, sheaths, scabbards, tabards, and more are great and bring the Minifigures wearing them to life. They are hard wearing, professionally cut, and more importantly look the part. Each piece sits flush so you can easily put armor and quivers over them. The soft, stretchy fabric drapes better over Minifigures, unlike the stiff paper-like cloth LEGO often uses. You can apply more than one to create new looks by combining different accessories.

We have included images below of some of the items on offer. Please feel free to check out for Minifig Realms yourself, you won’t be disappointed, we will definitely be placing another order soon for their new Leaf Hood & Cape.

Follow us on Instagram for more on this topic, and a future giveaway – If you share photos please let us and @fourbrickstall know, we’d love to check out your work. You can also tag and collaborate with @minifigrealms on Instagram too, just like the community they are very friendly and welcoming. Remember to have fun and enjoy the hobby!
