The merc with a mouth, a.k.a Deadpool, has been given the wild west treatment for the latest addition to the BoomBrickz Customs catalogue!

From the company that brought us custom Archangel and Galactus, comes another awesome to the Marvel lineup. The design is inspired by the ultra-rare Sheriff Deadpool Minifigure which was an exclusive at San Diego Comic Con 2018. The design has be recreated by the BoomBrickz Customs design team, and is here to fill the gap in fans’ collections. The design is directly printed onto genuine LEGO elements.

BoomBrickz Customs, formed by Martin (@boombrickz) and Jay (@superhero_bricks), is a relatively new player in the custom print game and they already have an impressive catalogue of Marvel inspired Minifigure and custom City signs. They have kindly sent me a selection of their custom creations to take a closer look at and give my thoughts on. Today we have Sheriff Deadpool, a variant of the Marvel Comics character Deadpool, depicted as a sheriff.

The figure itself is done to a high standard, with a process called UV printing, it has a somewhat embossed feel to it. Each major part of the Minifigure, including the head, torso and legs, all have a detailed design, the torso features a cowskin waistcoat with a silver sheriff’s badge, a bullet-belt with a Deadpool buckle, chaps on his legs, and a whimsical smirk on his face. The display possibilities are endless and the MOCs/Photographs this Minifigure will enhance is priceless – it’s a definite must for serious LEGO Marvel collectors.

For just a fraction of the price you coild be the owner of a custom Minifigure that would otherwise cost you upwards of £1300, yes that right, the SDCC 2018 exclusive costs that much and it continues to rise each year, according to BrickEconomy.com.

Please visit BoomBrickz Customs to see which Minifigures or tiles take your fancy. We have a number of their custom tiles which will be the focus of our next review, so please stay tuned.
