Thanks to LEGO New Zealand, we have of first official look at the upcoming LEGO Tribute to Jane Austen’s Books (40766)!
The set features a small opened book that depicts Jane Austen’s living room in brick form. It comes complete with a Minifigure version of the famous author. It has a total of 361 pieces and by the looks of it a fair few stickers. Unfortunately there isn’t any word on availability or the spend threshold to get it, so watch this space.

Official details:
LEGO® Tribute to Jane Austen’s Books (40766) is an International Women’s Day celebration of the illustrious author.
The detailed display model features a Jane Austen minifigure in her lovely home, which contains a small writing table with a quill, a piano with sheet music, a bookshelf, flowers, a cosy fireplace and paintings on the wall showing scenes from film adaptations of her books. A nameplate is attached to a sturdy base and, from the rear, the display model looks like a book.
What is your reaction?

The Jane Austen! Omg. Our daughter is all things Jane Austen and LEGO. W have to get this for her birthday (August). Any idea how to get our hands on one? Thanks.
Also, I wish Lego would do more builds like this. We love the “books”. The Christmas Dickens they did a few years ago was perfect.
That’s great to hear! Unfortunately official confirmation of when, where and how much hasn’t been revealed yet.
