LEGO Education Minifigures are ready for lift off on the NASA Artemis I in just a few days time!

The NASA Artemis I launch will happen 29th August and to celebrate the event NASA and LEGO are sending two Minifigures into Space. The Minifigures come from LEGO Education SPIKE Prime and will accompany the Artemis I crew onboard the shuttle.

The Minifigures are fully kitted out in their LEGO Education Space suits, so don’t worry they’re fully prepared. To coincide with the launch there is a new STEAM learning series to dive into, check it out here.

Of course these aren’t the first LEGO Minifigures to have been into Space, three were on the Juno launch in 2011 and finally made their way to Jupiter in 2016.
