LEGO Ideas launched a Test Lab contest last year which required builders of all ages to create small models using digital building programs such as Stud.io. These small builds had to consist of as fewer bricks as possible so LEGO could offer them via the online ‘Pick A Brick‘ service on LEGO.com.

A total of 9 designs have been chosen and feature an array of Mini Models, from a Market Stall to Christmas Stocking, there is something for everyone. As mentioned above they will be made available through LEGO.com and expected to be ready in the coming weeks, folled by the 2 seasonal-themed builds later in the year.

Head over to the official LEGO Ideas page to learn more and see each build in greater detail.

I’d like to add a huge congratulations to the winning designs and especially to Martin (@boombrickz), his Market Stall looks great and must get!
