A brand new LEGO Ideas build contest has begun, called Hoops and Heroes!
Builders are tasked with creating a set inspired by the world of Basketball Mascots. The colourful characters are usually seen dancing and hyping the crowd at Basketball games. The LEGO Ideas team want to see creations that capture the intensity, humor and hype of game day entertainment. One lucky winner will be chosen and their design will become a future LEGO Ideas set. Submissions must follow the a handful of guidelines, including must NOT exceed 1000 pieces or NOT be in the style of LEGO BrickHeadz.

- Action-packed front row mascot scenes – think slam dunks, trick shots, and mid-air madness
- Creative mascot concepts – it can both be the OG classics as well as those coming fresh out of your imagination
