This week’s LEGO Ideas feature is a very bright & colourful one, coming from the talented creator LEGOParadise, who we’ve featured before.

This time around they have captured the Italian Riviera and all of its character & charm, in this popular tourist spot. With three open-backed buildings in different colours, the trio make for a very pretty looking town complete with beach, small harbour and Vespa scooter.

As I mentioned above the buildings are open-backed and feature fully fledged interiors. There’s a gift shop tucked away under an archway selling souvenirs & fridge magnets. Artist’s studio decorated with an easel and painting supplies. Kitchen complete with a rack full of herbs & spices, a pot of pasta and a pizza oven. Garden terrace overgrown with luscious plant life and a giant orange tree. A residential house with a traditional living room and bedroom. Last but not least a gelateria selling refreshing gelato ice-cream.

I was inspired to build this after visiting the Cinque Terre, a beautiful part of Italy known for its five villages that stretch along a coastline of rocky cliffs and steep terraces, and ever since I wanted to recreate its beauty in bricks… – LEGOParadise

Another impressive feature about this project is that you can disconnect the buildings and potentially display them separately. A possible future potential for adding more maybe? Who knows, but I hope this idea gets the required 10k supporters and makes it into official production. It would stunning in display or as part of a Cityscape, populating the beach area.

I won’t go into too much detail as I would like you to pop over to the official LEGO Ideas page and see for yourself. This idea is fantastic and one I’d happily purchase if made into a real LEGO set.

We would like to wish Brazilian LEGO Fan the best of luck in gaining the required 10k support. If you like the look of this idea and would like to give your support, please use the links below. Registration is free to LEGO Ideas and only takes a minute, so head over there now and do your part!
