You start off the like any other, the base, laying down the foundations for the whole set to sit on. Utilising four 16×16 plates, to make a standard baseplate, you start by popping down tiles and other brick work to plot out the path, building layout and entrances/exits. All the parts come from the 15 numbered bags inside the box. Speaking of the packaging, it’s a nice size and the design and printing is great too. It depicts the set in a colourful & clear way and also shows you the mains details on the back.

Also inside the box are 2 instruction manuals, which are very clear and precise, showing you exactly what to put the parts needed. On the odd occasion though they do show you a sidebuild that is fully built and expect you to know how it was out together. Apart from that though the manuals Pantasy produce have always been great. It’s an important part of the set and build process so we always like to mention them.

In the picture below you’ll also see the plates used for the base and a bag of clear windows, yes Pantasy package these transparent parts separately to save the getting damaged or scratched. This is a great touch as there is nothing worse than a few scratches of massive chunks be9jg taken out of them due to mingling with sharper parts. Another plus point to why Pantasy are a superb brand.

The build itself is great fun and really moves at a fast pace, you feel as though you are getting a lot done with each bag. The first few bags construct the base and ground floor, which is the Motorcycle Shop. This area is filled with a ton of details, accessories, printed elements and the first of many brick-built Motorcycles. Adding to the plus points, the printed tiles and other parts are awesome, showcasing a lot of what the set is themed around, Motorcycles and a Restaurant. From insignia and related bike art to magazine covers and more.

The sign outside the store on the ground floor is a fun little build and again includes nicely printed towels, this time with the name of the brand on them, Pantasy, and the set number 85024. I love nods to the set like this as it encapsulates the whole thing into its own little world, the sign above the door itself is one tile I’ll most certainly keep hold of and utilise in MOCs and scenes.

Inside the ground floor is where the real awesomeness is, with Motorcycle accessories such as wheels, helmets, engines, handlebars, memorabilia and more. The black & white checkqued floor is very reminiscent of American diners and looks fantastic here in the Store.

In the back you’ll find a Repiar Shop, where there is currently a Motorcycle being worked on. Around it are a handful of items and accessories you’d find in a mechanics repair shop, including new tyres, oil, tools, gas bottle and more. These brick-built things look cool as really add to the overall aesthetic of both the interior and exterior – outside there’s even a vintage ‘Gas Pump’ on show.

The first floor is the Restaurant itself and again looks absolutely amazing inside, filled with a couple of diner-style chairs and table, a Jukebox, counter/bar and other items. To access the Restaurant you’ll need to take the stairs down the left-hand side of the building, it’s signposted so you can’t miss it. If you’d rather sit outside then you’re in luck, there is a massive outdoor roof terrace that seats quite a few Minifigs. There’s also a BBQ

I particularly like the architecture style, with the dark nougat coloured masonry bricks and the tan tiled accents, they are a great combination and are relatively straightforward to build, there isn’t much to the building itself so each floor comes together nicely.

The second and third floors come together just as quickly and again have some awesome side builds and more inside them. The pool table is perhaps my favourite build along with the dartboard area, perfect for hanging out with friends in and passing the time. Inside the small alcove at the very top is home to a very cosy looking Gaming Room, complete with a comfy sofa, gaming console and other little video game accessories.

The top floor is essentially the roof which also doubles up as a terrace with  a single reclining sunbed. The build of the chair is very simple but it’s so effective, it looks great in photos and I even used it for last week’s #SigfigScene (pop your Sigfig into a scene and shar on Instagram).

The floors obviously come apart in true modular buildings style so you can see and access the interiors. I’ll be doing this regularly to setup photos and scenes to post on my Instagram account.

There are 5 figures included in the set and although they look a little odd, a cross between Playmobil and Funko Pops, they do look alright, to be fair. They are the exclusive and unique design by Pantasy themselves, there’s just enough difference from the leading brand to not cause worry. Their giant heads are cute but sometimes rather top heavy and topple over, especially the ones with the longer hair or helmet pieces. They each represent a section of the Motorcycle Restaurant set, a mechanic, restaurant staff, owner, customer and of course a biker.

You get two sets of legs for each figure, standing and sitting. They are separate pieces that allow you to place them on stolls, chairs and the Motorcycles.

Overall the set is good, there are a few weak points and build issues along the awaway but generally an enjoyable build experience, which is what it’s all about. Being made up ofany different plates, each floor doesn’t really have much holding it together apart from a few tiles and bricks. The baseplate on which it all sits is probably the worse, hold that in a certain area and the whole thing will crumble, so be careful when you move it. This however is a small issue and wouldn’t cause any issue with the average builder – I’ve had to move it considerably asfpr capturing footage and photos for this review.
