Here at The Brick Post we love custom prints and minibuilds, today we are taking a closer look at the Audio T branded set new from Adam at The Printed Brick!
We’ve dabbled in printed tiles and Minifigures for many years now, we have quite the collection. So when it comes to these unique items, we know what we’re talking about. The Printed Brick has brought us many new and exciting custom designs over the last few months, including movie posters, books, food & drink, games, and so much more. Their latest offering is a collaboration with the UK’s oldest independent specialist retailer of Hi-Fi and Home Cinema, Audio T.
A little background about the company, they were founded in 1966 and have ten brick & mortar stores across England and Wales. Each store is manned by passionate staff with a love of music and film, Audio T is the perfect Hi-Fi & Home Cinema shopping solution for enthusiasts looking for an honest and unbiased opinion.

We got our hands on both the shelving minibuild, large speakers, and the smaller record player, along with a couple of extra record covers. The parts come in two separate TPB branded bags, each comprising of roughly half the build. A lot of brown elements are present as the shelving is made to resemble a traditional Vinyl display unit. Using larger parts to build up the sides and SNOT (studs not on top) pieces to attach jumper tiles to, then popping on the custom printed album cover tiles for the finishing touch. Adam has done a wonderful job with the design and construction with this exclusive minibuild, the part usage and overall look is worth picking up alone.Â
The highlight of the minibuild has to be the design and prints of the speakers themselves. The crosshatch texture has been caught perfectly and really looks the part. Adam sure knows how to capture not only the look but also the feel of his ideas, running your finger over the prints is a fun sensation too.

When you combine it with the Audio T record player it truly comes to life, and perfect for collectors and photographers alike. Being a vinyl collector myself I just had to grab this for my Sigfig (me as a Minifigure), to sit in front of and play his tiny records. This is another brick-built mini build that uses fewer pieces but looks equally as stunning, if not more. The slipmat is custom printed with the Audio T branding, giving it that exclusive and collector feel.
As I mentioned above, we also grabbed a couple of extra record cover tiles, these enhance the build and take it to the next level. The Printed Brick stock more covers and other items that will bring this and many other MOCs and scenes to life. Watch this space for our photos of this in action as part of a future MOC we have planned.

There are a number of different combinations to choose, from small speakers to large, the shelving unit, small or large record player, or a mix of the above. The one pictured here is the smaller record player, large speakers and of course the shelving unit. Also check out the music section of the website for more vinyl covers, we went for Bruce Springsteen and Nirvana.
We highly recommend grabbing these, especially if you are a lover of vinyl. Take a look for yourself and head over to The Printed Brick – the latest and one of the best custom printers around.
