LEGO are calling upon fans to attend face-to-face interviews where they’ll listen to and take on board your opinions for a better LEGO VIP Rewards program experience!
Usually a digital survey is used but to spice things up the LEGO Group of going ‘old skool‘ and asking fans and users face-to-face. Unfortunately it seems that this opportunity is only available for UK based fans, as the interviews will take place at the LEGO London Hub office.
The interviews will take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, throughout September and October. To register your interest simply head over to the LEGO VIP Rewards Centre and hit the Activities tab.

We are on the search for interview participants, to help us improve our Rewards Centre experience – do you want to take part? LEGO VIP has been on a journey in the last few years, and we want to make sure we are on the right track for you! So, we are conducting a series of face-to-face interviews in our London Office, to hear what you truly think about the Rewards Centre experience – the good, the bad and the clunky! We want your honest opinion to help us improve the experience for you.
