The Build-a-Minifigure Station inside most LEGO stores update quite regularly, thanks to multiple sources we have our first look at June’s offerings!
Being summer, the theme is focusing on Sports, with various activities and characters represented, including Scuba Diving, Football, Equestrian, Baseball, Basketball, Sumo Wrestling, and Cycling, they all come with themed accessories. The lineup will bring a plethora of new prints, for head, torsos, legs and accessories.
Minifigure collectors, including myself, will absolutely eat these up, with the various characters on offer, it’s a great way to flesh out displays and MOCs. Take the Football Referee for instance, the perfect accompaniment to the recent Goalie CMF. The Basketball Champion will slot nicely into the recently released LEGO Nike sets. We are hoping to get our hands on these when they drop, to showcase them better – watch this space.
