The five sets that make up the 7th Series of the BrickLink Designer Program were revealed in all their glory earlier this week, let’s take a closer look at the Alchemist’s Shop by Shram!
Just beyond the outskirts of the royal city lies the Alchemist’s Shop. All willing to journey here are rewarded with a vast selection of potions and alchemical brews. The wise alchemist conjures up fresh potions in the basement, the charismatic shopkeeper tends to business upstairs, while the plucky herbalist collects trimmings from the garden. When peddling wares from place to place, they travel with their alchemy cart that folds up for portability.
Potion laboratory, complete with a mortar and pestle, a distillery, and a lectern for writing down recipes. Potion shop, stocked with all varieties of mystical potions and a measuring scale to ensure you get a fair trade. Garden, hosting a variety of alchemical plants and fungi. Be careful of the deadly nightshade! Secret bookshelf compartment, containing hidden treasures for only the alchemist and his most trusted allies. Alchemist’s cart folds and unfolds with the turn of a crank.
A total of nine Minifigures are included: Shopkeeper, alchemist, herbalist, two horse knights, griffin knight, kraken bandit, raider, and a ghost. Also comes with three animals, a Horse, pigeon, snail, and a variety of insects.
The Alchemist’s Shop is designed to pair well with other medieval or fantasy sets, combining familiar LEGO techniques while keeping its own distinct appearance.
