LEGO have dipped their toes into many movie and TV franchises over the years, with a ton of great sets including Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, Jurassic Park, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, The Big Bang Theory and so many more.

With the news of an 80’s inspired LEGO Ideas challenge recently, it got me thinking of the many classic and iconic films and TV shows LEGO have had the chance to make and which ones are still out there, waiting for a LEGO set to be made in their honour. Nowadays there are countless streaming platforms that produce both forms of entertainment, making the choice almost impossible, but my question for you today is which Film or TV Show needs a LEGO set?

For me I would love to build a set dedicated to Gremlins, no wait, Aliens, or how about E.T? Oh boi there are too many to choose from. Anything from the 80’s and 90’s era of film would be amazing and greatly received by most AFOLs (adult fan of LEGO). In recent years, I’d have to say that Stranger Things definitely needs to be revisited and not just in BrickHeadz form, but fully fledged sets and Minifigures. I’ve recently binge-watched Reacher (Amazon Prime) and would love to see that being picked up by LEGO one day as perhaps a one-off or limited run of sets.

But alas, these are just dreams, LEGO would never make something that cool, right? Let us know which Film or TV Show needs a LEGO set via the comments below.
