This MOC depicts a traditional German Christmas Old Town, filled with festive charm, rustic architecture and more!
From the creative mind of Brick Kaiser, the detailed half-timbered houses that have snow-covered rooftops, medieval towers, and a lively town square, all look the part and sit well together. Around every corner you’ll find a classic European festive setting. Nostalgia, cosiness, and storytelling are at the heart of a true Christmas village, and this MOC oozes it in abundance.
It wouldn’t be a Christmas Market without stalls and a carousel. At the centre of the town you’ll find small wooden stalls offering treats, handmade goods, warm Bratwurst, and cups of Glühwein. The cheerful carousel brings life to the snowy scene, where families gather, lights twinkle, and the festive atmosphere fills the entire square.

The designer has done an incredible job with the build and would be on my list of possible additions if I had the space in my City. With a whopping 8,863 pieces, the cost will be rather high too, but if the images are anything to go by it’ll be a blast to put together. Brick Kaiser has produced a high quality nine-part, 2200+ page, digital instruction manual, along with a BrickLink parts list. Coming in at just €22, it’s a steal, when you think just how much work went into the build itself and the production of the instruction manual.
