Amongst all the Summer 2021 announcements we get a small but very exciting (if true) rumour in the form of a VW T2 Camper Van!
According to Wooden Duck the rumour will see the release of a Volkswagen T2 Camper Van sometime this Summer and will be part of the LEGO Creator Expert vehicle line, which in turn will ‘replace’ the current one.

As with most sets that are based on the same subject or real World object the shape and rough design should stay the same also some noticeable differences will obviously be made, the VW T2 Camper Van doesn’t have a Split windscreen for a start among other updated features. Recreating the smooth front panel will be interesting to see done as the original had the distinctive ‘V’ shape.
