The AFOL community is great in all its diversity. Talking to AFOL’s one can soon discover there’s many ways to enjoy the brick.

Getting to grips with everything can be a bit overwhelming in my experience, especially when you’re new to the hobby. We try to highlight as many aspects of the hobby as we can. So The Brick Post doesn’t just post news stories about sets or provide reviews. We also try to celebrate different aspects of the hobby by providing introductions or post blogs on what is happening in the community.

To bundle all these blogs we’ve introduced a new segment on the website: AFOL tips.

AFOL tips can focus on a wide array of topics: building techniques, buying LEGO(parts), photography, LEGO User Groups and events, social media activities, sorting and storing your LEGO parts etc.

You can find all AFOL Tips blogs here.

Is there an AFOL subject you want to know more about? Or is there something you want to contribute and share your tips with fellow AFOLs? Get in touch with us in the comments or on social media, we’d love to hear from you!
