The early access starts today (16th September) and later becomes available for the general public on 1st October.
Also, here in the UK, you can once again grab the LEGO Charles Dickens Tribute GWP on purchases of £150 or more. There is also a rumour of the LEGO Ideas Sailboat Adventures (40487) promotion being extended, although no signs of it on the UK store.
