2021 will soon be coming to a close and this means two things, the first sees a while new raft of LEGO sets releasing with the likes of Batman, Marvel, Boutique Hotel and so much more!

The second is slightly more depressing in the fact that some sets are being discontinued. LEGO do this every year and for a good reason, to thin out their range and sometimes to cut their loses with sets that haven’t done so well.

If you’re an AFOL (adult fan of LEGO) you’ll know that in most cases retired sets tend to increase in value and can be worth hanging onto especially new in their box. Although most of this year’s retiring sets are small-ish and not worth the time. The standout sets for me are Stranger Things and the Art sets!
