It features a bright & colourful brick-built Birthday Cupcake along with a variety of decorations that allow you to customise the build. It also comes complete with a Chef Minifigure. Previous Birthday themed sets have been available as Insiders Rewards or free when you visit LEGO stores on your Birthday, so even though this particular set 9s listed as a gift with purchase, it may no be when it finally releases.
