LEGO has teased a brand new Super Mario set, this time the famous plumbers Brother is making his Kart debut!
In the short video, released a cross the many LEGO social media channels, we see the LEGO Super Mario and Standard Kart (72037) set. As the camera slowly zooms out, Mario looks right just as another Kart comes into shot, and we see Luigi‘s ear, part of his right arm, and two much larger wheels. Avid fans will know this is Luigi’s Mach 8 Kart, the very same one from that Death Stare meme.
I personally cannot wait for this companion set, last years LEGO Mario and Standard Kart (72037) was my set of the year, the build was extremely satisfying, the price was good, and the final build was epic. We will most certainly being picking up this new Luigi set when it drops, so watch this space for the official reveal and our review once we get our hands on it. The LEGO Mario and Standard Kart (72037) was announced 10th March (MAR10 Day), this one may follow suit or earlier for a march release.
