Almost a whole month before part 2 of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things aired, LEGO hid a rather big spoiler in plain sight!

The LEGO Icons Stranger Things: The Creel House (11370) is officially available in just a handful of days, along with the tie-in gift with purchase set based on the WSQK Radio Station. But with part 2 out now, fans have spotted the glaringly obvious spoiler starring us in the face.

Caution: Spoilers ahead!

During the recently released new episodes, Dustin, Steve, Nancy, and Jonathan, search Hawkins Lab in the Upside-down to find some sort of generator. After an intense scuffle between Henderson and Harrington, Dustin stumbles across Brenner‘s journal. Within the pages lies the truth about what the Upside-down and the ‘flesh’ wall really are, and more.

This leads to a later scene when Dustin is explaining to the rest of the recently reunited gang what he learnt from the journal. Using a window, that separates the radio broadcasting room and the lounge area, to doodle on and simplify everything into a more digestible way. Basically the Upside-down is a wormhole that connects Hawkins and Dimension X (Abyss).

The diagram on the window in the latest episode is also prominently featured in the upcoming LEGO WSQK Radio Station (40891) GWP set. Until now it has just been a nice graphical element without much context, but as avid fans will now know, it means so much more.

For such a big spoiler we are surprised Netflix gave permission for its inclusion. Our guess is that what we didn’t know at the time wouldn’t matter, it is after all just a doodle of a wormhole!
