LEGO has officially revealed the new Wall-E & EVE (43279), coming 1st September!
The 811 piece set features three brick-built robots who we all know as Wall-E, EVE (Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator) and M-O (Microbe Obliterator) – If you very look closely you’ll also see Hal, Wall-E’s pet cockroach, sat on his shoulder. The listing isn’t up yet on LEGO.com but we expect the retail price to be around £59.99/$69.99/€69.99, which seems very reasonable indeed. Once the listing is up we’ll update this page and information., so watch this space.
Fans will know that this is the first time we’ve seen Wall-E in a set, It’s been over 10 years since the LEGO Ideas Wall-E (21303) was released, which feels like a lifetime ago. It had an unusual neck issue where it would become loose and floppy, let’s hope this new iteration doesn’t suffer the same fate, I’m sure it won’t.
