Listen to this article BrickLink has announced a brand new pilot program called the MOC Pop-Up Store! This new scheme allows select BrickLink Designer Program submissions to be purchased through the BrickLink Marketplace itself and via the LEGO Pick-a-Brick service. Fans will soon be able to purchase digital instructions from past BrickLink Designer Program Series 1 and 2 and have the choice of either using  BrickLink or LEGO Pick-a-Brick service to aquire the parts they need.
