The latest fan submitted design to make it into the LEGO Ideas Third 2025 Review Stage, which runs until 5th January 2026, replicates a bowl of Ramen Noodles into a brick-built LEGO set!

The Ramen Noodles project was submitted by GummyBrickss and has made the required 10,000 supporters. It joins other submissions which make up the next Review Stage. Fans could see the idea come to life if the project is chosen by the powers that be.

Originally built for the Lego Ideas challenge “celebrating Japanese culture” I decided to build a 1:1 replica of a bowl of ramen noodles. Coming in at around 22cm/8.5inches wide and 11cm/4inches tall, with over 1200pieces. I decided to build a Ramen dish because I love making life sized builds out of Lego and food being my favourite to recreate, I figured building a Ramen Moc was a no brainer, because it’s just such an iconic dish.

GummyBrickss has done a wonderful job in recreating the Japanese delicacy entirely from LEGO bricks. The Ramen Noodles idea features a brick-built bowl along with many different ingredients including Mushroom, Pork, Egg, Naruto, Bok Choy, Red Chilli, and Spring Onion.

Unfortunately reaching the goal doesn’t guarantee it’ll be made into a real-life LEGO set, but there is hope for fans as the LEGO Ideas team will debate on and choose which sets will be lucky enough to make it through sometime next year – we wish GummyBrickss the best of luck in the next stage.
