The latest design to gain the required 10,000 supporters at LEGO Ideas is based on the hit Disney Channel animated show Gravity Falls, and the prime location from it!
If you’re unfamiliar with the show, it follows Twin siblings Dipper and Mabel Pines and an unexpected adventure when they spend the summer with their great uncle in the mysterious town of Gravity Falls, Oregon. Upon their arrival, Dipper and Mabel’s huckster great uncle, Grunkle Stan, enlists the siblings’ help in running The Mystery Shack, a tourist trap filled with fake exhibits that overcharges unsuspecting customers. Although Dipper and Mabel quickly discover The Mystery Shack itself is a hoax, they sense there is something strange about their new town and together they begin to unlock the secrets of Gravity Falls.
From the talented mind of On The Brickside, comes a brick-built recreation of the Mystery Shack, along with many side-builds and Minifigures. It includes the main model, the much used golf cart, the iconic totem and in case you want to stay up to date you can take a look at the notice board. It also comes complete with 11 unique Minifigures, with custom face and torso printing including, Dipper, Mabel, Gruncle Stan, Stanford, Soos,Wendy, Gideon, Blendin Blandin, Old Man McGucket, Agent Powers Agent Triggers, Waddles, and Bill Cipher.

Step up folks! The Mystery Shack from Gravity falls has been created in Lego from – brick by brick -. Whether you are here for the Gift shop, the mysteries or just to meet some familiar faces, this set is crammed with details that fans will love. – On The Brickside
The idea looks amazing and one many fans of this show would love to get their hands on. The concept has reached the review stage many times by different designers, but sadly never made it any further, here’s hoping LEGO pulls their finger out and makes it.
Unfortunately reaching the required goal of 10,000 supporters doesn’t guarantee it’ll be made into a real-life LEGO set, but there is hope for fans as the LEGO Ideas team will debate on and choose which sets will be lucky enough to make it through sometime next/this year – we wish On The Brickside the best of luck in the next stage.
