One of the latest designs to gain the required 10,000 supporters and added to a future review stage at LEGO Ideas is the Bear – The Largest Land Predator – Statue by Bart_AFOL!

The talented designer behind the brick-built recreation is Bart_AFOL, has built a large Bear-shaped set and filled it with items, animals, and landmarks from where it inhabits. The Bear is the largest land predator alive today, the idea submitted to the LEGO Ideas platform may seem unconventional in construction, the large brick-built silhouette would look great as part of anyone’s display. Due to its greater recognition and area of occurrence, Bart_AFOL chose the Brown Bear instead of bigger Polar Bear.

Designed using colors referring to the forests where this predator is the undisputed king. The build interior is filled with Mountains, dense Forest, and Deer in a simple brick-built style. The LEGO Bear Statue set would certainly be a great decorative element both at home and in the office. Made even more special if you’ve ever had the opprtunity to see a Bear in its natural habitat – this model will surely remind you of this wonderful moment.

The idea looks great and totally different to when has been seen before. If LEGO decide to make it, it would be one many fans of Animals and Nature would love the opportunity to purchase, display on their shelf, and admire. I think the overall look is great and the scale is magnificent, it certainly brings something different to the LEGO Ideas table.

Unfortunately reaching the required goal of 10,000 supporters doesn’t guarantee it’ll be made into a real-life LEGO set, but there is hope for fans as the LEGO Ideas team will debate on and choose which sets will be lucky enough to make it through sometime next/this year – we wish Bart_AFOL the best of luck in the next stage – it’s truly beautiful.
